Why Gadgets Club

Fifty products, not nine thousand.

Most accessory stores list whatever a factory catalogue offers. We do the opposite: every candidate goes through a four-week bench cycle — sustained wattage, thermal imaging, connector fatigue and drop testing — and only the survivors get a product page.

  • Independently safety-certified power electronics
  • Published wattage figures we actually measured
  • Spare parts and replacement tips kept in stock
  • Plain-English policies, no hidden restocking fees

About Gadgets Club

A mobile accessory store built around testing, not catalogues

Gadgets Club is an online store for charging and mobile accessories, run from Wilmington, Delaware. We sell fifty products across five departments — charging, cables, audio, mounts and stands, and power banks — and we deliberately keep the list that short. Every product on this site has spent roughly four weeks on our bench before it was given a page, and about one in five candidates survives that process. The rest never reach you.

What we actually test

Accessories fail in predictable ways, so we test for those first. Chargers are held at full load for thirty minutes while we watch case temperature with a thermal camera, then we record the wattage they still deliver at the end rather than the peak figure printed on the box. Cables go through at least 25,000 bend cycles at the connector neck, where nearly every cable eventually splits, and are pull-tested at the housing. Power banks are cycled to confirm they hold at least eighty percent of rated capacity after 500 charges. Mounts are vibrated and heat cycled, because a suction cup that grips in a cool showroom often lets go on a hot dashboard. Earbuds get tested on real outdoor calls with wind, and their battery figures are taken at moderate volume with noise cancellation switched on — the way people genuinely listen.

Specifications in plain numbers

Most accessory listings quote a best-case number recorded in a lab that looks nothing like your desk. We publish the figures we measured ourselves: sustained wattage instead of peak wattage, delivered milliamp-hours instead of raw cell capacity, and certified water resistance exactly as rated rather than rounded up. Where a product needs something extra to reach its stated speed — an e-marked USB-C cable for 100W charging, for example — the product page says so, so you are not left wondering why your new adapter feels slow.

Shipping, warranty and returns

Orders leave our Delaware warehouse within one business day, and shipping is free anywhere in the United States on orders above $49. Standard delivery usually takes three to five business days, with an expedited option at checkout. Every powered device carries an 18-month warranty, and unused items can be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee — the return policy is written in ordinary English and linked at the bottom of every page. Across 2025 our return rate was 1.4 percent, which we treat as the most honest measure of whether the testing is working.

Support from people, not scripts

If you are unsure whether a charger suits your laptop, or which power bank is allowed in an aircraft cabin, message us before you buy. Our median reply time is under twelve hours on weekdays and answers come from the same small team that runs the bench tests. We keep spare tips, cable ends and replacement parts in stock, so a small failure does not mean replacing an entire product. That is the whole idea behind Gadgets Club: fewer products, better information, and gear that outlasts the phone you bought it for.
